HOW TO MAKE TEA FAVORS PART OF YOUR BIG DAY

FIREPOT BREAKFAST | BLACK TEA
- Tasting profile: smoky, molasses, cherry skin
- Our classic English Breakfast blend is formulated to create a mellow, daily drinking experience that enlivens your morning with the flavors of molasses, cherry-skin, and the traditional light smokiness of black tea.
- Steep 2 teaspoons (4g) of Firepot Breakfast in 1 cup (8oz) of 205° F water for 4 minutes and strain.
- Organic African black tea & organic and biodynamic Uva Ceylon black tea
HIBISCUS ELIXIR | NO CAFFEINE
- Tasting profile: invigorating, fruit punch, candied ginger
- Throughout the Caribbean, Central America and Mexico, hibiscus flowers create a cheery elixir that restores the body and soul. Served hot or chilled, sweet or plain, our hibiscus elixir bursts with the flavors of fruit punch, mulled wine and candied ginger.
- Steep 2.5 teaspoons (6g) of Hibiscus Elixir in 1 cup (8oz) of boiling water for 5 minutes and strain.
- Organic: hibiscus, rosehips, ginger, licorice root, lemongrass, dried apple, elderberries, cold pressed orange oil
FILL OUT THE INQUIRY FORM
Make your tea and bag selections, as well as your most recent best guess on how many bags you will need. This number will be used to generate the down payment request. This form is not a contract or a final order form.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
We want to deliver you and your guests the best tea possible. That means making sure it is on time and fresh. To accomplish this, the program has a few requirements and necessary timelines.
8 WEEK MINIMUM LEAD TIME
- Orders must be started 8 weeks ahead of the date of your event.
- In this case, “starting an order” means submitting the fully completed inquiry form to orders@firepot.com
- This lead time allows us time to communicate about design details and payment well ahead of your event.
50% DOWN PAYMENT
- No later than 6 weeks before your event, we request a submitted down payment for 50% of the quoted value of your order.
- No matter when the down payment is received, it is refundable up to 30 days before your event.
- The down payment will be credited to you when sending the final invoice.
FULL PAYMENT DUE
- Full payment can be made at any point of the process, but is due no later than 30 days ahead of your event.
ORDER MINIMUM & MAXIMUM
- Minimum order: 75 bags of 1oz tea
- Maximum order: 400 bags of 1oz tea
SHIPPING
- Orders will be shipped 3 weeks ahead of your event date.
- This gives us some wiggle room with any unforeseen delays while ensuring your tea is tasting great.
- Orders will be shipped to one address in full.
- All orders will be shipped via 3 day mail to Continental US shipping addresses.
- Pick-Up option: We can also arrange for local pick up at our St. Louis, MO Roastery free of charge.
